<p>The Japanese are true professionals when it comes to food presentation they are very artistic and show great pride in their cuisine and the way it is presented to their clientele. Here is a pic of a plate of BASASHI (horse meat) served  with a slice of lemon, ginger, garlic, soy  sauce. It is very delicious and a must try dish in our opinion! Basashi is very famous in the Kumamoto Prefecture down here on Kyushu island.</p>
